The pictures from the hospital have arrived. I threw in a couple of Zoe's hospital pictures as well to see how they compare. (poor kid is going to be compared to Zoe for a while, oh well I guess that's a natural consequence of being born second.)
Comparing is not the same as "measuring against." Comparing is natural and helps Zoe feel like Ivy belongs to her. How much do we parents love hearing "she has your eyes!" You are telling Zoe that her sister looks just like her... they share everything! How beautiful both of your girls are!
